Sign up for a host account, then click 'Post Event' from your dashboard. Fill in your event details including date, time, location, and staffing needs. You'll be able to review applications from qualified bartenders within hours.
Browse worker profiles to see their experience, certifications, ratings, and hourly rates. You can filter by availability, specialties, and location. Read reviews from other hosts to find the perfect match for your event.
While rare, if a worker doesn't show up, contact our support team immediately. You'll receive a full refund, and we'll help you find a replacement if time allows. Workers who no-show face account suspension.
Yes! Our built-in messaging system lets you communicate with workers before and after booking. Discuss event details, special requests, and coordinate logistics all in one place.
Every worker undergoes a background check and certification verification. We verify TABC, ServSafe, and other relevant certifications. Workers must also maintain a minimum rating to stay active on the platform.
All bookings include basic liability coverage. If there are issues with service quality, theft, or damages, contact us within 24 hours. We'll investigate and resolve the matter according to our policies.
Yes. Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the full payment to compensate the worker.
Pay securely through our platform using a credit card or bank account. Payment is held in escrow until your event is completed. Workers receive payment 3-5 business days after the event.
Tips are not included in the platform fee and are at your discretion. Many hosts tip 15-20% for excellent service. You can tip through the platform or in cash at your event.
Absolutely! When posting your event, specify how many bartenders or servers you need. You can hire multiple workers from different profiles or request a team that has worked together before.
You can save favorite workers and send them direct booking requests for future events. Many hosts build relationships with reliable workers for their recurring events.
Simply continue booking through the platform! Hosts who book regularly may qualify for volume discounts and priority access to top-rated workers.
For Workers
Yes, TABC certification is required for all bartending positions in Texas. If you're applying for server-only positions, it's preferred but not always required. We'll verify your certification during the signup process.
You set your own hourly rate when creating your profile. Consider your experience, certifications, and market rates ($30-50/hour is typical). You can adjust your rate anytime, though existing bookings honor the original agreed rate.
Yes! There's no exclusivity requirement. You're free to work with other agencies or platforms. Just make sure to keep your Corkscrew availability calendar updated to avoid double-bookings.
Browse available events in your dashboard, filtered by your preferences. Click on an event to see full details, then click 'Apply' or 'Accept' (depending on the booking type). First to accept often gets the gig.
Life happens! Cancellations 48+ hours before the event have no penalty. Within 24-48 hours may result in a warning. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows result in account penalties or suspension.
Payment is automatically processed through the platform. Connect your bank account in your profile settings. Funds are released 3-5 business days after each event, or choose instant payout for a small fee.
Standard payout is 3-5 business days after event completion. Need it faster? Enable instant payout for a 1% fee and receive funds within hours of the event ending.
Once you've worked with a host, they can send you direct booking requests for future events. You can also message hosts you've worked with to inquire about upcoming events.
Your safety and respect are priorities. If a host is inappropriate, you can leave the event and report it immediately. We'll investigate, issue appropriate refunds, and take action against the host's account.
Your profile rate is your starting point, but some hosts may offer higher rates for premium events or last-minute bookings. You can also adjust your rate for specific event types in your settings.
Your rating affects your visibility in search results and your ability to charge higher rates. Workers with 4.8+ ratings and numerous reviews get priority placement. Ratings below 4.0 may result in account review.
You can cancel without penalty 48+ hours before an event. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a warning. Within 24 hours or no-shows result in account penalties, possible suspension, and impact on your rating.

Yes! While bartending is our core service, we also connect hosts with servers, event coordinators, and other hospitality professionals. More service categories are coming soon.
For hosts: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before the event, 50% refund within 24-48 hours, no refund within 24 hours. For workers: No penalty if cancelled 48+ hours before, warnings for 24-48 hours, penalties for less than 24 hours.
